Cleanbill Chief Executive wins UQ Create Change Young Achiever Award
Cleanbill Chief Executive, James Gillespie, has been named as the winner of The University of Queensland Create Change award at the 2025 7News Queensland Young Achiever Awards.
The Create Change award recognises young Australians who are driving activities, programs or initiatives that create change in the wider community. James was nominated and selected because of the work that Cleanbill has done, not just in driving national healthcare policy change but also in improving healthcare accessibility for tens of thousands of individual Australians.
While the work started with James, none of this has been done alone. Each and every member of Cleanbill’s team has contributed immmense time and effort to the outcomes that we’ve been able to achieve for all Australians and we’re incredibly proud of the change that we’re all working to create.
The 2025 7News Queensland Young Achiever Awards were held in Brisbane on 16 May, 2025.
