Cleanbill GP Listings Report – 2025 Local Pricing Analysis

Cleanbill starts each year by releasing its annual Blue Report. The Blue Report provides unparalleled insight into the state of Australian GP accessibility at the national level. But it doesn’t show how the trends that we observe in GP accessibility nationally translate to the local areas that Australians identify with most.

So, Cleanbill follows up its yearly Blue Report with a Pricing Analysis Report. Our Pricing Analysis Report takes the national data from the Blue Report and separates it into smaller, more localised breakdowns.

Last year, our Pricing Analysis Report showed the national geographic trends in bulk billing and out-of-pocket costs on an LGA-by-LGA basis.

This year, we’re doing things a little bit differently.

Instead of one Pricing Analysis Report, we’ve put together a string of reports that outline bulk billing and out-of-pocket cost trends across each of Australia’s population centres. These reports split Cleanbill’s bulk billing and out-of-pocket cost data by suburb and locality to provide a more localised look at the national billing trends the Blue Report identified.

Each Listings Report shows the geographic trends in bulk billing for all localities within each Australian population centre before outlining the localities with the highest and lowest average out-of-pocket costs for a GP visit.
